Parsons is seeking a technical Systems Integrator to support the Government Program Office within Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) Command & Control, Battle Management, and Communication (C2BMC). In this role, you will work on a small team in a dynamic environment executing a critical mission in which every team member is directly responsible for the success of program efforts. This position will support the Multi-Domain C2 program to expand capability for both Missile Defense and Space Mission Partners.

Job Description:

  • Support development and coordination of the overarching JEMINI program schedule; support review and coordination of the contractor Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Coordinate with team members regarding prime contractor scope of work and schedule to support joint space or multi-domain command and control (C2) objectives, to include schedule for hardware / software upgrades, engineering documentation / reviews, development, system accreditations / cyber requirements, test events, fielding decisions, etc.
  • Coordinate with team members to identify internal and external support tasks and associated schedules for networks, communications, logistics, deployment of element node / interface equipment, etc. to support integration of sensors and external systems
  • Audit the contractor Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for logical dependency relationships relating to systems and capability development and identify any associated risks
  • Coordinate with team members to resolve internal and external schedule disconnects, identify task successors / predecessors, and address impacts due to schedule delays associated with related / dependent tasks
  • Ensure the contractor plans resources with appropriate experience and timely team assignments in Jira linked to IMS tasks; evaluate contractor resource status reports / delays at monthly reviews from a technical schedule performance perspective
  • Coordinate and conduct quarterly IMS Quantifiable Backup Data (QBD) traces in order to ensure Jira traceability and status accuracy of the contractor IMS and associated resources
  • Validate contractor monthly Cost Schedule Executive Round Table (CSERT) and Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting from a technical perspective, including review of Baseline Execution Index (BEI) and Current Execution Index (CEI) reporting to leadership through IMS analysis
  • Track/facilitate Government Furnished Equipment (GFX), identify appropriate Action Officers, obtain status updates, and provide consolidated status to the team and JEMINI Program Manager
  • Support Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB) reviews and ensure mitigation plans are in place
  • Coordinate support tasks and associated schedules for networks, communications, logistics, deployment of element node / interface equipment, etc. to support integration of sensors and external systems.
  • Review Contracts documentation (SOW, Tech Evaluations, etc.), as required.
  • Support Program Management Reviews or Executive status/decision briefs, as needed
  • Provides advice, expertise, and technical guidance to program manager and team in areas related to integration of external elements or internal C2BMC assets / components
  • Effectively communicates - clearly, concisely, and accurately - both orally and written
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • BS degree and 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience in DoD programs
  • Experience working on classified and special access programs
  • Self-starter, thrive in a dynamic environment, and work well with other team members, members of the Senior Executive Service and senior military officers
  • Ability to coordinate with both internal and external organizations to accomplish common goals
  • Ability to solve complex problems and track detailed information individually or as a member of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Active TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility

Desired Skills:

  • 10+ years of relevant DoD, MDA and/or Industry work experience with SAP and/or SCI
  • BS in a technical/scientific field
  • Understanding of the Missile Defense System (MDS)
  • Familiarity with MS Project and Milestones Professional

Salary Range:

$81,500.00 - $161,400.00
