Responsibilities

Guidehouse is seeking a System Integrator and Administrator t to join our Client Services team supporting a Huntsville, AL customer. The System Integrator and Administrator will perform duties aligned within the below areas:
  • Support the training, integration and operations of a visitor management system for a federal agency expanding on Redstone Arsenal.
  • Collaborate directly with the customers, the client and system owner to support the agency's goal of ensuring all visitors to the organization are captured, vetted and adjudicated.
  • This role requires technical capabilities, understanding of system administration, deployment processes and help desk services to assist the client scale its visitor management system capability across many functional areas to support several thousand visitors per year.
  • Assist the agency with becoming physical security & FICAM compliant through process development and governance implementation.
  • Lead the organization in scaling its visitor management capability to meet the demand of a multi-billion-dollar campus development for cyber security, advanced analytics and collaborative training across the intelligence communities and their platforms.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk Solutions Support for enterprise level visitor management system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to applicable service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Document frequently asked questions and develop workflows to improve process efficiency for the program.

  • This position operates on-site.
Qualifications

The following qualifications are REQUIRED to be considered for this role:
  • An ACTIVE TOP SECRET security clearance at the time of application.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in enterprise IT support.
  • Proficient in executing and implementing FICAM/ICAM processes and validations
  • Proficient in deployment of enterprise systems and communicating its processes throughout the enterprise
The following skill(s)/knowledge/experience is PREFERRED for this role:
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; capability to resolve complex problems with little supervision
  • Self-starter, highly organized; Works well with all functional levels in the organization
  • Experience in requirements gathering
  • Working knowledge Federal Badge Processing Methodologies and Process
  • Working knowledge of enterprise system management
  • Experience providing Tier 1 support
  • Experience with integrating workflows into system processes and capability
  • Certified System Engineering ICAM PACS (CSEIP)
