Job Description
Seeking an experienced candidate to support the New Product Introductions for major customers for new software, hardware, products and solutions. The candidate must have experience working with NOKIA 5G products and systems, familiar with Call Processing & Signal flows between different network elements, feature performance assessment, issue identification, tracking, troubleshooting and follow up to resolution.
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
• Organize and participate in New Product Introduction, Software, Hardware, Feature Testing & verification.
• Understand new Features and Test Cases for field test execution.
. Analyze new features and assess performance / KPI related metrics
• Present and Review Field Test validation results including Key Performance Indicators, to the customer.
• Coordinate and work with several internal teams to ensure project success.
• Support 5G, LTE and other products & able to understand protocols and messaging.
• Ensure all their customer concerns are addressed and obtain approval for features based on results.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Identify potential issues in the field with respect to features and software releases.
• Support the tickets and escalate as needed with R&D and follow up to resolution of tickets
• Provide support and guidance to customers, as well as competence transfer to local and remote teams.
• Serve as customer interface and coordinate communication for services and issues between customer teams & Nokia
Your skills and experience
Qualifications
• Good knowledge of Telecommunications networks, protocols and technologies (5G/4G)
• Ability to understand network interface protocols, protocol analyzers and network specifications.
• Usage of Network analyzers and other tools.
• Experience with 4G/5G Feature Assessments
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently.
• Working knowledge of Nokia products, platforms and services.
• Ability to interface and coordinate communications in between customer, regional management, and different tier support system.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and time management skills.
• Ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
• Works under minimal supervision and can direct work through others effectively.
• Instills a sense of urgency and teamwork by establishing collaborative work relations in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, work environment.
• Must have strong customer facing experience.
• Team player, open communication and ability to work with global teams.
