Job Description
  • Serve as point-of-contact for customer network support and fulfill contracted maintenance deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that network equipment is maintained per the agreed contract, which may include coordinating other vendors/contractors who are tasked with performing diagnostic, preventive, and restoration activities.
  • Attend Customer staff meetings and other planning sessions as requested by Customer.
  • Provide technical support of specialized systems, including troubleshooting of software driven electronics, provisioning of communication system infrastructure and performance optimization of RF and Broadband architecture.
  • Assist in the development of internal documentation pertaining to system configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of the network.
  • Ensure compliance with response/restoration time commitments.
  • Using available tools and resources, manage Emergency Service efforts and escalation procedures.
  • Investigate and/or resolve system alarms on the radio system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical concerns.
  • Provide analysis, recommendations and fault diagnostic information to the Customer, to achieve best-in-class system performance.
  • Regularly meet with the designated customer contacts to review system maintenance and repair activities, and discuss customer objectives and concerns.
  • Provide and review recurring reports as required by contract.
  • Ensure other repair stakeholders are delivering their obligations per agreed-to statements of work.
  • Maintain system configuration records.
  • Maintain site documentation and preventive maintenance records.
  • Track and manage financials for service deliverables.
  • Assist Sales and Pre-Sale teams in development of proposals and overall efforts for offering additional services to the account.
  • Work with the project team(s) assigned to further implementations.
  • Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S.
  • $124,696 - $147,000/year.

Basic Requirements
  • Master's degree + 2 years experience.
