vSplash Techlabs is seeking a motivated and skilled Systems & Network Administrator to join our IT team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will manage and support key IT functions including Active Directory, Sophos, asset management, and firewall configuration. Position Overview:

The Systems & Network Administrator at vSplash Techlabs will play a crucial role in managing the company's IT infrastructure, focusing on Active Directory, Sophos endpoint security, asset management, and firewall configuration. This position is ideal for candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience in IT support who are seeking to contribute to a fast-paced environment. The role involves providing technical support, managing system security, ensuring seamless network operations, and maintaining IT assets. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with other IT professionals to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and maintain accurate documentation, all while ensuring the highest level of system security and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Active Directory Management: Administer and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, handling user and group management, security permissions, and troubleshooting directory-related issues.
• Sophos Endpoint Security: Configure, deploy, and manage Sophos endpoint security solutions to safeguard systems and data from threats.
• Asset Management: Oversee IT asset tracking, monitoring, and maintenance, and develop asset management procedures.
• Firewall Configuration: Assist in configuring and managing firewalls to ensure network security and optimize performance in collaboration with network administrators.
• Employee Support: Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, resolve end-user queries, and respond to IT support tickets. Escalate complex problems as needed.
• Documentation & SOPs: Create and update documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT processes and configurations.

Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in IT support or related roles, preferably in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration (user/group management, security permissions, troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with Sophos endpoint security solutions (deployment and management).
• Experience in asset management (inventory tracking and maintenance).
• Proficiency in firewall & VPN configurations and knowledge of network security principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and SOPs.

• This is a work from office role and candidates from Hyderabad are preferred.
