System Service Representative (SSR)

Introduction
System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services.  Sound pretty important?  Absolutely!  You will advise clients of preventive maintenance configuration operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the client’s IT operation.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• As a Systems Services Representative you’ll help drive customer satisfaction by providing exceptional technical support. As the primary technical interface to our clients you will play a critical role in coordinating hardware and software support as well as delivering operational services.
• Perform hardware maintenance service for Networking devices and/or IBM Power system
• Perform installation and configuration for Cisco/F5/Juniper Network devices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven hands-on network engineering experience
• Cisco CCNP holder
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g. IPSEC HSRP BGP OSPF 802.11 QoS)
• Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
• University degree in Computer Science or a related subject

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with monitoring network diagnostic network analytics tools and network design is preferable
