System Services Representative

Introduction
System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services.  Sound pretty important?  Absolutely!  You will advise clients of preventive maintenance configuration operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the client’s IT operation.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Supporting IBM and / or OEM Servers Networking switches and or equivalent for installation and break fix maintenance. Willing to acquire TSSCI clearance.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Valid Drivers License
Reliable vehicle
Technical aptitude
Hight school diploma or equivalent
1 + years of experience
TSSCI clearance

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Technical School degree / diploma
Expertise in hardware support of IBM and / or OEM Server Networking switches and or equivalent
