System Services Representative - OH

Introduction
System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services.  Sound pretty important?  Absolutely!  You will advise clients of preventive maintenance configuration operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the client’s IT operation.

Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced candidate with very strong server repair and troubleshooting experience. Prior data center experience is preferred. This position is for a data center server technician that will be servicing HP DELL Lenovo SUN and other x86 based server equipment in a dedicated account in Delaware Ohio. You will be working second shift during the hours of 7:00pm – 7:30am on a two-week rotation. The two-week rotation schedule will be working 3 days one week then working 4 days the next week including that weekend. An in-depth background verification/check is required by the client to be on-boarded and gain access to the facility. This will be cause for dismissal if not cleared by the customer background check process to work at the account.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
-Diagnose and repair x86 servers including HPE Dell Lenovo and SUN.
-Microsoft Office experience.
-Good time management.
