Job Description
The Amplify Business Operations team is looking for an experienced System Support Analyst, Business Operations. This role is responsible for driving improvements in the processes and existing technologies that support the team. This role works closely with IT and Business Operations to research and fix system issues, collect requirements, document user profiles, prioritize and handle the backlog, document test scripts, implement user acceptance testing and communicate system updates to the team. This person will collaborate with high stakes contributors and subject matter authorities, collaborating with technical resources to define project scope and produce project artifacts. Works closely with multi-functional teams to deliver high quality project outcomes that are delivered on time and on budget to support strategic business goals.

Responsibilities of the System Support Analyst:
- Provide product support, supervise critical issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with technical resources and business users to resolve issues
- Identify effective business solutions for NetSuite ERP, Salesforce and other business software systems
- Act as a solution consultant that deeply understands current state business processes, challenges, and their supporting technology stack
- Document business process and technical requirements, user profiles, acceptance criteria and other project artifacts; partner with system administrators to craft thoughtful solutions
- Partner with business key partners and IT system administrators to prioritize and handle the backlog
- Document detailed test scripts, handle and implement User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Communicate status updates to business leadership and collaborators
- Facilitate implementation of new functionality through communications, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation
Basic Qualifications of the System Support Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with 2+ years Business Analyst and/or System Support experience
- Prior experience with ERP systems or Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications of the System Support Analyst:
- Experience working in the education technology field
- Experience leading software development or process improvement projects for internal and external clients
- Certification in a related process (PMP, Lean Sigma Six, Agile Scrum-master)
- Experience with NetSuite preferred
- Expertise with technologies and tools such as MS Project, Google apps, Trello, etc. required to efficiently lead projects and provide clear and concise communications to teams and key partners
