System Support Representative - RTP

Introduction
System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services.  Sound pretty important?  Absolutely!  You will advise clients of preventive maintenance configuration operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the client’s IT operation.

Your Role and Responsibilities
The role will involve close to 100% travel to different locations within the Raleigh NC geographic area. This position is for the repair of IBM logo and non logo products. Candidate should have knowledge of both product sets and can handle the requirements of the position along with the required work hours. The work hours could be 1st 2nd or 3rd shift and the candidate must also understand that after hour call outs are possible and they will be expected to take their fair share of call outs on any shift and on any day. Certifications such as Cisco Pure and Tera data are plus along with any skills or training that have been completed on the IBM Logo equipment. Candidate must also be will to travel out of state for required training as it becomes available.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
High School diploma or higher is required.
Any certificates from Cisco Pure or Tera data should be disclosed but not required
Any higher level of learning should be documented

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Any non IBM certifications such as Cisco Pure and Tera Data are preferred.
Any IBM Logo experience past or current will be considered
