System Support Representative - RTP

Introduction
System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services.  Sound pretty important?  Absolutely!  You will advise clients of preventive maintenance configuration operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the client’s IT operation.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for repairing hardware issues on laptops/PCs with knowledge of Cisco Teradata Pure systems. Knowledge and experience on IBM Logo products such as Storage TapeP-series is a plus. Interfacing with clients and territory plus account management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
knowledge or experience repairing Laptops/ PCs along as Cisco Teradata and Pure system products. Experience with IBM Logo products Storage Hydra Tape and P-series is a plus.
