Systems Administration Specialist

NTT Data is recruiting a senior storage engineer for the CDC in Atlanta GA. Engineer will be responsible for administration and maintenance of multiple Hitachi assets including VSP, VSP G, VSPF, VSPN, HUSVM and HNAS. Engineer will also engage with other teams to coordinate storage as appropriate, possibly including virtualized storage and VMWare vsan storage.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in HDS block storage, such as VSP/G/F/N

5+ years of experience in HDS file storage (HNAS)

5+ SAN management experience - zoning/masking/aliasing {Brocade experience a plus)

3+ HDS replication management experience (SRM)

3+ years performance and utilization reporting experience

Desired skills

Strong customer service and communication skills

Cloud awareness (intro level course from Azure or AWS or better)

automation skills - experience with Windows/Linux scripting (powershell/bash) or Jenkins

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who works in Colorado is $93,000 - $130, 200. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on a number of factors, including work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications. The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance.
