THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, training, and maintenance of team member tools including, but not limited to, HubSpot, Twilio Flex, Qualtrics, Asana, Miro, Greenhouse, etc. You will partner cross-functionally with all teams at The MLC to understand their tooling needs, advise on best practices for use of tools, ensure proper adoption of tools, and act as the main point of contact for any recurring needs. You will also create essential reporting and support documentation. You will aid in the evaluation and selection of any new tools.  

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as Systems Administrator, Tools Administrator, CRM Administrator, HubSpot Administrator, Tools Developer, Lead or Manager
  • Advanced HubSpot experience (certified HubSpot admin preferred)
  • Experience in Asana, Twilio Flex, Qualtrics, Miro, Greenhouse, Microsoft Suite, and any other MLC tool; or willingness to learn to expert levels in unknown platforms
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and project management skills
  • Strong data analysis and process design skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to influence and facilitate
  • Self-starter, highly collaborative, open to feedback, and comfortable with ambiguity

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

AS A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR, YOU WILL:

  • Own the configuration, implementation, training, and ongoing maintenance of team member tools including, but not limited to, HubSpot, Twilio Flex, Qualtrics, Asana, Miro, Greenhouse, Microsoft Suite etc.
  • Meet with key stakeholders to gather requirements, advise on ideal configurations to support business processes, and ultimately deliver solutions accurately and on time.
  • Understand and analyze how The MLC’s tools and processes intersect and impact each other as part of the larger ecosystem.
  • Identify waste in the user experience and iterate on process to remove it; measure process output and make data-driven suggestions.
  • Meticulously document processes and technical outputs. 
  • Build any necessary reporting.
  • Stay current on any new features and ensure proper communication and/or provide relevant training to team members.
