Team Overview:
Join our dynamic IT team, where you'll be at the heart of supporting our company's technological framework. Our dedicated team provides comprehensive helpdesk support to meet the diverse tech needs of all employees, ensuring everyone has the tools they need to succeed. We're also at the forefront of managing significant software and hardware upgrades and initiatives, keeping our systems cutting-edge and efficient.
A critical aspect of our role involves safeguarding data security and overseeing the technical requirements of compliance programs, including SOC2. This responsibility is paramount to our mission, as it ensures the security and integrity of our company's data and systems. By joining us, you'll play a crucial part in the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization, helping to maintain a secure and efficient technological environment.

Responsibilities:
- Administer critical systems and SaaS applications, ensuring secure access based on the principle of least privilege.
- Manage user accounts, including creation, maintenance, and group assignments, ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Implement new company-wide SaaS applications, configuring SSO/SCIM when applicable
- Provide end-user support by troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing the helpdesk, and assisting other departments with IT needs.
- Handle access and purchase requests. manage equipment upgrades. maintain inventory, and document IT processes
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, including account provisioning, hardware purchasing, and access removal.
- Manage in-office technology infrastructure, including ISP, firewall, VLANs, access points, printers, servers, and switches.
- Ensure reliable VPN connectivity and configuration to on-premise infrastructure
- Manage conference room technology and AV setups for internal and external events
- Maintain end-user security to comply with SOC2 standards, manage email filters, conduct cybersecurity training, and address security incidents
What we look for:
- An undergraduate degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 2-3 years of experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft environments, with a bonus for Google Workspace expertise.
- Similar experience with Identity Providers, especially Okta.
- A good grip on MacOS, capable of tackling both hardware and software issues.
- A foundational understanding of networking basics and the ability to troubleshoot.
- Insight into server room essentials and functionality.
- High attention to detail with robust verbal and written communication
- An innate drive to take initiative.
- The knack for juggling time, organizing, and steering multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptable and team oriented mindset
- The ability to stay cool and collected under pressure.
- Well-honed interpersonal skills for nurturing stakeholder relationships.
Nice to have:
- Some familiarity with Linux operating systems.
- Command line/scripting experience
- Knowledge of GPUs.
- Experience in supporting end-users in a hybrid or fully remote environment.
