This role is on-site in Provo, Utah.
As a Systems Administrator, your role revolves around efficiently managing hardware and helpdesk tickets, configuring computer systems, IT inventory, Active Directory, providing technical support, administering platforms, troubleshooting networks, crafting user guides, leading security training, ensuring security standards, and contributing to IT Knowledge Base articles. Your technical expertise will be essential in maintaining smooth IT operations.
Essential functions
- Managing Azure AD Connect in a Hybrid O365 Environment.
- O365 Suite Fundamentals: Microsoft Exchange, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams.
- Windows Server 2019 Management
- Skillfully oversee and organize the IT inventory to ensure optimal resource availability.
- Create, monitor, and maintain user accounts via Active Directory
- Provide HelpDesk Support to onsite employees.
- Setup and manage the new hire process for IT.
- Work with NuSkin's team on basic network fundamentals as needed.
- Expertly administer various platforms such as SpamTitan, WebTitan, and Zoom Rooms.
- DHCP Troubleshooting
- Skillfully troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity.
- Craft comprehensive Knowledge Base articles for the IT department and user-friendly instructions for end users.
- Proficiency with Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Great verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven
- VOIP (Ooma)
- PowerShell is a plus, but not required.
Required education and experience.
- High School completion or GED
- IT certifications and/or experience equivalent to a 4-year degree
- Has had a background as a System Administrator or Similar Role in the past.
Preferred education and experience
- CompTIA A+ Certification.
- 4+ years of IT experience, including end-user, network, server and SaaS support.
