Job Summary:
The Systems Administrator II is responsible for identifying systems problems, anticipating potential issues, and repairing Bank systems. This position is also responsible for the maintenance, upgrades, and management of Bank applications & maintains documentation of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting procedures
Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:
• Detects, analyzes, and resolves system issues associated with server/workstation operating systems and applications software
• Ensures system changes are implemented correctly for all affected servers and personal computers and troubleshoots associated issues
• Performs proactive software updates and patching, as well as equipment and software refreshes and maintenance
• Administers systems supporting VoIP software/systems
• Anticipates and provides solutions that result in gained efficiencies in business processes and improved customer service
• Trains end users to use new or modified software applications and answers related questions
• Coordinates with external vendors for repairs and maintenance of software/hardware
• Works closely with all IT personnel to promote a team environment that diligently supports the ability to quickly resolve end-user issues
• Keeps current on the latest technological innovations and takes the initiative to maintain an on-going education, both company-provided and personal, and/or certifications in IT related technologies
• Performs other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
• Four-year degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent of education plus experience
• At least three years of experience working with information technology in a highly available environment required
• Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Advanced knowledge and understanding of a range of computer/server software and hardware systems and related technologies
• Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects
• Positive attitude, flexible problem solver, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines
• Passionate about learning new technologies and improving existing products
• Knowledge and expertise of MECM/SCCM related activities including but not limited to patching, reporting, and maintenance
• Professional demeanor, strong personal ethics, ability to take ownership and complete assigned tasks
