Job Description:

Manage team responsible for Install, configure, manage, troubleshoot, and secure Desktop IT systems, servers, printers, storage devices, and peripherals. Perform backup/recovery functions. Maintain GAL, AD, DNS, and other network services. Document and report incidents. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

Education/ Requirements:

BS/BA. (4 years' experience in lieu of degree is acceptable AS/AA and 2 years' experience in lieu of degree is acceptable). 4-8 Years; >2 years and master's degree or PhD

Required Certifications: IAT Level II

Desired Certifications: ITIL

Key Requirements: TS/SCI
