Systems Administrator - Oracle ERP Cloud
Job Description
This role will offer hybrid flexibility to work both remotely from home and in office.
Responsibilities:
- Consult and participate in upgrade releases and projects involving strategy, implementation and support.
- Assist with functional testing of monthly, quarterly and emergency patches and assess impact of patches on training, interfaces, processes, documentation, etc.
- Make recommendations for adoption of new or changed functionality.
- Analyze issues related to integrations between systems (Coupa, Oracle and OneSource).
- Act as a liaison between technical team, systems team and business functions.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to resolve help desk issues and vendor service requests
- Create and maintain existing documentation (configuration, test scripts, functional specs for reporting and integration).
- Assist with continuous process improvement and provide insights into best practices.
- Provide assistance in key system processes (i.e. process of month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes).
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager on a regular basis.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years' application support or development experience
- Experience with Oracle Financial and/or OneSource applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience being involved in an entire work stream of relevant Cloud Financial applications
- Detailed understanding of financial business processes
- Experience with Cloud release upgrade process; ability to recommend business solutions
- Experience creating functional design documents, creating and executing test cases
- Experience creating training documents and implementing training

- Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; prioritization skills with little direction
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships and network with individuals at all levels
