KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage TMS master data elements
  • Provide support in the onboarding of providers to EDI/API integrations for tendering
  • Communicate system changes (outages, enhancements, etc.) to internal and external customers.
  • Lead testing efforts around system changes and enhancements to ensure business continuity.
  • Manage system enhancement/issue resolution requests ensuring the right prioritization is assigned based on the needs of the business
  • Serve as liaison between transportation planning and IT support
  • TMS system superuser providing front-line issue resolution support and escalating as needed


EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, supply chain or operations related field and 5+ years of experience
  • Master's degree and 3+ years of experience


KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of Transportation/Logistics Experience
  • Significant experience using ERP systems
  • Significant experience using and maintaining TMS systems and EDI/API connections
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Critical thinker with a proven history of taking complex problems and solving them through root cause resolution
  • Strong data analytics experience working with large sets of data among different systems/tools
  • Proven ability to execute with speed and exhibit a bias for action mindset
  • Ability to think outside the box, innovate, take risks, and implement progressive, sustainable solutions
  • Experience managing expectations with supporting IT groups
  • Strong communicator
  • Must have superior skills with Microsoft Office Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint
