Your Role:

The Systems Analyst will have an overall focus on managing the manufacturing and engineering software systems needed for our plant to be successful, including Intelex, Airtable, ParcView Sockeye, eSafety, Slack, and CAD and analysis tools.

You Will:

  • Perform software installation and configuration – set up new users, operationalize, and automate wherever possible
  • Assist end users with native reporting and workflows
  • Understand the application data model and API and work with the integration team to load or extract data
  • Act as first line of support to help end users and document common processes
  • Train additional super users inside the business (train the trainer)
  • Plan, test, communicate, and perform upgrades of applications in conjunction with the vendor
  • Administer applications integral to plant functioning (Slack, Airtable, Asana, eSafety)
  • Administer MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and plant applications (Parcview, Intelex, Sockeye)
  • Administer Engineering applications such as JMP, Matlab, Ansys, Solidworks, Autocad, and Aspen
  • Assist with license administration – true-ups, renewals, assist with budgeting

You Are:

  • Knowledgeable of the importance and impact of security and roles when granting access to applications
  • Knowledgeable of database concepts and structures
  • Able to use and understand Excel formulas and macros, SQL, and APIs
  • Able to work well with end users across the business including finance, engineering, operations, etc.
  • Able to translate technical terms and concepts into language end users will understand
  • Able to understand business process maps and translate into application configurations and workflows
  • Interested in learning a variety of applications and their role in the business

You Have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory and SSO concepts
  • Experience implementing APIs, integrations, and reporting
  • Experience supporting internal customers

ADVANTAGEOUS

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Systems or any related area of study
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Knowledge of Intelex, ParcView, Sockeye, Airtable, eSafety, Slack, and/or CAD applications or similar plant systems

Work Environment:

Work will be performed within an indoor office environment at the plant in Hallam. Some flexibility to work remotely.

 

Travel:

Travel at least 2 days/week to our manufacturing plant in Hallam, NE.
