Systems Analyst

The System Analyst maintains, integrates and implements software applications within CSC. This position coordinates software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications. The System Analyst ensures proper controls are established and maintained over test and production systems and software source code. This role also develops and manages non-functional requirements.

• Maintenance : Develop and implement maintenance procedures. Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance. Troubleshoot reported errors and alarms. Assess existing systems to develop improvement plans for how to refine and improve them. Assist with system upgrades
• Monitoring: Monitor systems health, gather system statistics. Assess system by running stress tests to understand current limitations and traffic capacity.
• Testing : Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
• Documentation : Create and maintain system documentation of all processes, data flows, etc.
