Celtic Bank is growing and are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team. The Systems Analyst will primarily focus on supporting compliance with FDIC, FDICIA/SOX, and ISO27001 standards, as well as assisting with IT internal audits. Additionally, the ideal Systems Analyst will have experience in SharePoint product management. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT CELTIC BANK

  • Monitor and analyze IT systems and processes to ensure compliance with FDIC, FDICIA/SOX, and ISO27001 requirements, as well as other applicable regulatory standards.
  • Review SOC reports to assess the effectiveness of controls put in place by third-party service providers to protect the organization's data and systems.
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and risk management teams to identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigating them.
  • Conduct regular compliance assessments, risk assessments, and audits to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and controls to promote a strong compliance culture.
  • Create and deliver compliance training and awareness programs for employees, ensuring a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Support the resolution of compliance issues, working with internal teams and external partners to remediate identified deficiencies.
  • Participate in the development of IT compliance projects and initiatives, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to achieve and maintain compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage SharePoint solutions, ensuring they align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Assist in the product management of SharePoint, including gathering requirements, defining product roadmaps, and overseeing the implementation of new features and enhancements.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO DO IT

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT compliance, risk management, or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FDIC, FDICIA/SOX, and ISO27001 requirements, as well as other applicable regulatory standards.
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
  • A strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Physical and Other Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.   • Work Model: The employee will work either a fully Onsite, Hybrid or Remote work model. All employees, regardless of location, may be required to travel to the Salt Lake City office for mandatory company meetings, events, or related occasions.
    • Utah-based employees: Hybrid work schedule available after initial training period in our Salt Lake City, Utah office - department and job requirements will determine eligibility.
    • Out of State employees: Full remote work schedule available.
