Job Description
We are seeking a professional to join our experienced team in extending our powerful learning engine to national clients. The Systems Analyst focuses on implementation and maintenance of client facing systems, and supporting clients with requests, maintenance, training and problem resolution. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, recommending, and implementing processes and system improvements with a focus on clients' business needs, in order to drive satisfaction with Candello products. This role reports directly to the Head of Business and Client Operations.
Responsibilities
- Manages acquisition and intake of client and third-party data through initial transfers and ongoing operations, maintaining integrity of data throughout
- Recognizes and operationalizes opportunities to increase efficiency of data flow and data management
- Builds foundational understanding of the nature of the health care related claims data that we work with
- Collaborates with client management team in addressing client needs and requests, including identifying opportunities to expand/evolve relationships
- Maintains expertise and knowledge of CRICO's full suite of offerings and recommends products/services to customers as appropriate
- Provides training on CRICO Candello products as needed
- Actively seeks out opportunities to achieve efficiencies within team
- Works collaboratively to evolve solutions and resolve issues alongside other departments within CRICO, including Information Technology and Analytics teams
- Participates in client implementation and ensure on time and within scope delivery of products and services
- Serves as escalation point for Candello product related issues
- Performs other related duties as required by position
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience in systems and data management, analytics development, implementation and support
- SQL knowledge and experience required
- Excellent communication skills, including experience in communicating and interacting with clients/customers
- Demonstrated problem solving skills essential
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple commitments
- Knowledge of insurance and or health care highly preferred
- Knowledge of data management tools is desirable
- As of September 15th, 2021, as a condition of employment, all CRICO employees are required to be vaccinated, and must produce proof of vaccination
