Office Location:                Hybrid/Remote; Office is in Elmsford, NY

Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties:

• FIS Profile Core Banking Platform knowledge
• Liaison between Business Unit, IT Developers & Engineers and FIS vendor software teams
• Perform usage analysis and provide documentation for new projects and defect tracking
• Assist with oversight of operational performance, process efficiencies and best practices
• IT Quality Assurance Testing
• Attention to all aspects of security, segregation of duties and Bank policy
• Research and reconciliation analysis required to identify root causes at the transaction and/or account level in order to balance Profile with various systems (i.e. G/L and ACH).
• Proficiency with Loan and Deposit Account Functionality
• Understanding of Configurations including the generation of exports for deployments
• Report Writing capabilities (DataQWIK)
• Fulfillment and customer correspondence mapping analysis required to select and configure system fields for DayEnd statement extracts in order to generate complete & accurate customer letters and statements

Basic Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls, e-mails, mail and in-person requests
• Comply with company policies, practices and procedures
• Attend meetings and prepare follow-up as needed
• Set goals, prioritize and execute duties of the position
• Manage documents, files and electronic information in an organized, efficient and secure manner
• Interact with customers in a professional and pleasant manner
• Represent company as a professional in appearance and manner
• Communicate written and oral communication at the highest level of professionalism and integrity
• Perform quality and quantity duties as expected for position
• Complete company required training courses as assigned

 Qualifications/Requirements:

• Four Year College Degree a plus
• Deep Knowledge of Profile v7.5.3 WebCSR, WebAdmin, PDTeller
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio

Preferred Skills:

• Platforms and Operating Systems:
• Familiarity with UNIX, LINUX
• Proficiency with reporting packages such as ExStream and/or Crystal Reports
• Knowledge of MS-DOS, Windows 10
