Systems Analyst | About You

As a Systems Analyst, you are responsible for troubleshooting complex system issues and ensuring that technical solutions meet business requirements. You act as a bridge between business operations and IT, working closely with technical teams to improve system performance and address technical challenges. You are a problem solver who enjoys analyzing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and providing effective solutions. Your strong technical expertise and communication skills allow you to successfully collaborate with both IT professionals and business stakeholders.

Systems Analyst | Day-to-Day

• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
• Manage and prioritize ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication of technical solutions.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements to enhance system performance.
• Provide ongoing support for ERP systems, ensuring alignment between business needs and system functionality.
• Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to recommend system improvements and technical solutions.

Systems Analyst | Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, supporting system integration, data analysis, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with a deep understanding of their functionality in business processes.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to work with international clients and technical teams.
• Experience with Tableau for creating reports and visualizations is a bonus.
