The Systems Analyst II is responsible for supporting applications in responding to incidents and working as a liaison to other IT Teams. The Systems Analyst II will be performing analysis on all collaborative systems used by AH4R. The Systems Analyst will need to be able to define and construct requested documents to further assist with projects and IT support. This position is responsible for using judgement and making design decisions across multiple applications. This includes managing workloads and scheduling work to meet milestones and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots and responds to incidents that have been escalated from Operations.
• Designing implementations of collaborative applications. This includes defining permission sets, decisions on configuration settings, and adjustments during implementations.
• Assists in training the Operations team and creating documented procedures to use multiple collaboration tools.
• Assists in the maintenance, enhancement, testing and update process of the applications in relation to IT collaborative tools.
• Reviews request for configuration changes and/or enhancements. Develops and designs solutions to meet requirements. Implements solutions following standard IT procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology from four-year college or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience within System or Application Support.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA.
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with Box storage solutions.

For positions that are permitted or required to work remotely, employees may conduct work only within the United States and only in states where the Company is already conducting business, unless for brief periods, consistent with Company policy.

For employees in Colorado only, the anticipated range is $67,050 to $95,865. Actual starting base salary will depend on geographical location, skills, and relevant experience.

The Company also may provide benefits with this position including but not limited to: medical, dental, and vision insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts (FSUs) and/or Health Savings Accounts (HSAs); Dependent Savings Accounts; 401(k) plan with employer matching; employee stock purchase plan; and potential for bonuses. The above wage range is the Company's current good faith expectation for this position. The actual amount paid and/or offered may be less or more than this range and will be based on factors including geographic location, education, training, or experience related to the work, seniority, merit, quantity and or quality of the work.
