ManTech is seeking a Systems Analyst III to support the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Corona Division in Norfolk, VA.

Position Overview:

Formulates/defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. Has good understanding of the business or function for which applications is designed.

Education/Clearance Requirements:

• Should have twelve (12) years' experience with a Master's degree, fifteen (15) years' experience with a Bachelor's degree, or seventeen (17) years with an Associate's degree in a supervisory or management position. Experience should have one (1) year of experience with at least three (3) of the following: Logistics; Systems Engineering; Acquisition Management; Software Engineering; Configuration Management; analyzing technical requirements and quantitative performance metrics.
• Active Secret clearance
