Position Overview:

The job profile for this position is Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing requirements and defining information systems solutions to address complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and assess business needs/requests and define information system solutions to address complex business needs
• Understand the project technical architecture, as well as provide linkage to overall Business and Technology Strategic objectives
• Perform in the capacity of an Analyst, Product Owner, Team Member, Product Manager or other Agile Roles as identified
• Partner with project sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity
• Facilitate joint socialization and refinement and author necessary documentation (business rules, data needs, mappings, analysis, initial options for high level design, user stories, etc) and knowledge transfer sessions with all applicable teams
• Work closely with project, systems, business and quality assurance stakeholders

Required Experience / Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience with the last 3 working on or leading business analysis for complex strategic projects

Desired Experience / Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of FACETS
• Working knowledge in backend querying
• Experience with Cigna claim/pricing processes and technology platforms (Pega, SANP, Optum, FSS)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Mural
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Understanding of US Health Insurance System
• Medicare/Medicaid experience preferred

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 91,000 - 151,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
