Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting HR Workday Sr Developer/Analyst to join our CorpTech organization.

Position Summary:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of technical experience in design and development of various applications utilizing a wide range of technologies
  • Strong knowledge of frameworks, design patterns
  • Strong experience in core Java
  • Strong experience with Apache Camel or MuleSoft or similar integration frameworks
  • Experience with Spring (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring JDBC)
  • Experience in streaming Big Data using Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, Apache Ignite or similar technologies.
  • Experience with JMS and message queue brokers (WebSphere MQ, Active MQ)
  • Strong foundation in Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
  • Automated build platforms/continuous integration experience and knowledge (Jenkins, Hudson, Maven, Gradle)
  • Ability to interpret and troubleshoot applications using logs (troubleshooting Java memory issues, analyzing java heap/thread dumps, troubleshooting application issues)
  • Experience with Unix platforms
  • Experience with databases (Oracle)
  • Experience with Micro services

Nice to have:

  • Experience with OpenShift, AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Experience with Scala, Groovy or Lambda functions
  • Experience with NoSQL
  • Experience with Node JS
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

BBH's compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000, which is specific to Jersey City, NJ and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
