Join our team as a Systems Engineer, where you'll be instrumental in delivering a robust infrastructure platform that supports our expanding enterprise. You'll work closely with developers, Security, and technology-reliant departments around the world. You'll work on complex infrastructure projects and support others in achieving their project objectives.
What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with global resources and vendors to build our hybrid cloud environment into a highly available, performant, and secure service platform.
• Work on local and cloud-based projects to enhance the capacity, durability, and versatility of our environment.
• Work with teams across locations to understand the services we host and connect with.
• Ensure compliance with security, reporting, and business continuity regulations.
• Investigate ways to make our systems less location-dependent and achieve a global technology footprint.
• Implement updated tools for system coordination, monitoring, and management to scale operations without added complexity.

What You Should Have:

• You have experience managing infrastructure in a mid-size or enterprise environment.
• You possess clear communication skills, ensuring team members are well-informed.
• You have a track record of building reliable and repeatable infrastructure.
• You are adept at managing both self-hosted systems and cloud environments like AWS and Azure.
• You seek out single points of failure and opportunities for redundancy and address with pragmatic solutions.
