Systems Engineer

Acumen Technology is looking for confident and passionate Systems Engineer to join our team. We want IT professionals that understand that the client's experience is as important as knowing the right buttons to press, and that you can have fun while you work.

Based out of the Music City, Nashville, TN, Acumen Technology is a leading IT Managed Services Provider focusing on financial institutions, healthcare, and other industries that are serious about security and doing IT right. Requirements

• Advanced design, implementation, and support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Remote Desktop Services, Azure, Office 365, etc.
• Advanced design, implementation, and support services for network infrastructure technologies: FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, WAN, LAN, VPN, etc.
• Be a technical escalation resource for assigned clients.
• Mentor team members.
• Take ownership of the IT Infrastructure for assigned clients.
• Visit clients as needed in the Middle Tennessee area.
• Decide on project lead assignments and assist with technical escalations during project implementation.
• Clearly communicate with clients verbally and in writing.
• Create and maintain documentation.

A successful Systems Engineer would:
