Who We’re Looking For 

We’re excited to add a Systems Engineer to our Modern Workplace team. In this role, you’ll work with a team of customer-focused professionals who are committed to defining technical strategy and architecting, designing and delivering end-to-end cloud solutions. You’ll demonstrate strong technical competence by implementing M365 solutions with a deep focus around End User Computing (EUC) and strong business acumen through engaging in customer discussions related to agility and business value.

What You'll Do

• Develop and design best practices for End User Computing (EUC) environments that enhance user productivity and experience. 
• Participate in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects, including O365 product movement, Microsoft licensing, security, compliance & end-point management.
• Leverage Quest’s expertise in managing M&A technology transitions and tools for efficient Active Directory management, migration,
• Deploy Intune solutions for device management, security, and compliance.
• Integrate Intune with existing systems and applications. 
• Implement Quest solutions for identity and access management. 
• Communicate issues and solutions across all levels of the organization. 
• Work closely with clients to troubleshoot and provide a positive customer service experience.

What You'll Need

• Passion for aligning technical solutions to customer and business needs.
• Specialization in M&A scenarios, including EUC, Intune and Quest. 
• Expertise migrating medium and large enterprise clients to M365 Modern Workplace.
• Proven experience with Quest or similar migration tools
• Broad understanding of on premise, online and hybrid architecture. 
• Understanding and experience with Windows Server AD and Azure AD.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) preferably Intune.
• Exposure and knowledge with Autopilot. 
• Understanding and experience with Windows Server AD and Azure AD.

What Will Set You Apart

• Professional Service Experience
• Agile/Scrum (Scaled Agile Framework [SAFe] working experience
• Exposure with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Experience with SCCM or equivalent endpoint management tools
• Knowledge in design and implementation of Identity and Conditional Access (MIM, Azure AD Connect)
• Knowledge of Teams and Teams voice.
