Systems Engineer, Government Solutions

Are you up to the challenge?

• Support the Cherwell ITSM platform and associated integrations including troubleshooting, reporting, training and functional upgrades.
• Work with third-party vendors to provide support, troubleshooting, and assistance in the design of the SFDC cloud environment to support business initiatives
• Help support the financial management platform that uses Microsoft Dynamics SL, Reqlogic, and Unanet
• Troubleshoot and update reporting based in Crystal Reports, Management Reporter, SSRS, and Microsoft BI.
• Manage Microsoft SQL clusters and databases, including monitoring database integration activities, triaging and resolving replication issues according to their severity and priority to the business.
• Support a vendor-lead implementation of an enterprise-wide Document Management System (DMS) including design, administration and training.
• Assist with the IT portion of all internal and external audits throughout the calendar year.

You should definitely have:

• Two-year college degree in a technical field of study or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of related experience
• Knowledge of T-SQL and/or ProSQL
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle databases - be able to understand custom views and stored procedures.
• Experience working with Salesforce
• Experience managing all phases of project lifecycles while incorporating System Development Life Cycles (SDLC) practices suitable for each project
• Strong prioritization, organizational, and project management skillsets
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong and consistent documentation skills.

It would be nice if you had:

• Prior experience working with SQL-based systems
• Prior experience with ERP/CRM/DMS
• Prior experience supporting an customizable ITSM suite
• Familiarity with cloud-based financial platforms
