Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
β’ Support the entire life cycle of Infrastructure components including server software and physical hardware.β’ Leads our server patching cycle and vulnerability remediation.β’ Ability to upgrade, configure, and troubleshoot Fortra GoAnywhere MFTβ’ Interact and foster knowledge exchange between the team members. β’ Ensure high availability of the enterprise server environment that supports internal employee business. β’ Serve as a primary support contact to troubleshoot and remediate issues impacting the operation of the corporate infrastructure. β’ Ability to accurately document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures. β’ Provide high quality support as well as delivering and operating IT services to other IT teams and Line of Business end users. β’ Write and/or maintain programming script(s) to enhance functionality as necessary. β’ Coordinate with network engineers, systems engineers, security, and other software engineers to resolve any defects in products or company systems. β’ Foster operational excellence through streamlined IT processes, standardization and automation. β’ Ability to interact regularly with managers, clients, vendors and agencies on a daily basis. β’ Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. β’ Participate in the design and implementation of technologies and platforms supporting a complex corporate infrastructure.β’ Ability to be in an on-call rotation to support after hours issues.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job:
β’ 3-6+ years IT Experience. β’ 3+ years recent experience on Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft SCCM, Server Vulnerability Remediation and Azure/O365. β’ Operating Systems Experience with Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022, Windows 10/11, and Linuxβ’ Demonstrated ability to deliver IT projects on-time and on-budget β’ Demonstrated experience successfully working in cross functional project teams β’ Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, very fluid, "dynamic" environment
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:β’ Knowledge in programming languages including PowerShell is preferred. β’ 3+ years recent experience with VMware, Active Directory, Server Patching, Azure/O365β’ Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM)β’ Managed File Transfer experience (GoAnywhere, SecureTransport, GlobalScape)
