What You’ll Do:
Systems Engineer II focusing on Intune and MDM will play a crucial role in managing and securing our organization's digital infrastructure by leveraging Microsoft Intune. This individual will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and maintaining Intune policies, profiles, and applications to ensure efficient device management and compliance with regulatory requirements in the cannabis industry.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
- 5+ year in-depth Microsoft Office 365 Experience
- Strong technical proficiency in configuring and managing Intune policies, profiles, and applications.
- Experience with device enrollment, provisioning, and troubleshooting across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Solid understanding of security concepts and best practices related to device management and data protection.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator Associate) Preferred.Â
