Job Summary:

• Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains IT products/equipment.
• Trains customers, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
• Develops and applies organization-wide information models for use in designing and building integrated, shared software and database management systems.
• Develops or makes enhancements to existing systems to improve business methods consistent with organization-wide initiatives.
• Includes architectural planning, participates in new technology analysis, test planning and design analysis.
• Analyzes and develops technical documentation detailing the integration and system performance.
• Provides IT support to organization’s senior leaders.

Primary Duties:

• Manages user and organizational network accounts and ensures that modifications are done in accordance with applicable policies.
• Develops or makes enhancements to existing systems to improve business methods consistent with organization wide initiatives.
• Includes architectural planning, participates in new technology analysis, tradeoff studies, test planning and design analysis.
• Analyzes and develops technical documentation detailing the integration and system performance. Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains products/equipment.
• Trains customers; identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures; and orders and replaces parts as needed.

Secondary Duties:

• Maintains TEMPEST and COMPUSEC documentation.
• Alternate COMSEC responsible officer.
• Alternate Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for classified areas.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under general direction.

Required Education / Experience / Certifications:

• 5 - 10 years progressive industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline is highly desired but will accept an A.S. Computer Science degree with additional experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with ability to effectively interact with high-level military & government personnel.
• MUST HAVE ACTIVE TOP SECRET/SCI OR TOP SECRET W/SCI ELIGIBILITY SECURITY CLEARANCE.
• Must have a current/active IAT II (i.e., Security+) or higher certification.
• U.S. Citizenship is Mandatory.
