Where you fit in
The Systems Engineer will oversee all aspects of the enterprise Intel systems. You will implement, configure, coordinate, control and maintain server systems. You will work on security and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. You will monitor resources and update support documentation. It is extremely important to the enterprise that all Intel systems offer the highest reliability and performance possible.
Your exceptional skills
- Ability to understand and clearly relate to other members of the organization
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain good, long lasting customer relationships
- Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent GED with 5-7 years of related work experience required
- Requires 3 to 5 years of experience supporting enterprise technologies
- Specialist in Windows support (Microsoft certification preferred)
- Healthcare experience with Epic EMR beneficial
