Our Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems (ISRS) Mission Area Surveillance Radar Department (SRD) Airborne Integration Section has an immediate career growth opportunity for a Lead Integration and Test (I&T) Systems Engineer. This Lead I&T Systems Engineer will join our Radar Sensor Systems (RSS) product line team providing support to the Tactical Mobile Advanced Airborne Sensor (TMAAS) Program, a state-of-the-art radar system.

The Lead I&T Systems Engineer will perform integration and test activities to support software and hardware testing, will develop, maintain, and execute software test procedures as well as document, develop and present test plan reports and results to stakeholders. The Lead I&T Systems Engineer will manage and support all new engineering software release deliveries and media and responsible for supporting multi-disciplined and multi-organizational test teams to integrate and test software functionality.

Required Skills:

Minimum 5 years of Systems Engineering and/or System Integration experience.

Experiencing developing and verifying or validating software test plans and procedures

Linux/UNIX and Real-Time Operating Systems

Experience using Lab test equipment for testing and troubleshooting

Develop and influence test objectives collaboratively with the Software engineering team(s)

Compile and analyze test data

Provide detailed reports of test results

Perform root-cause analysis and apply corrective actions for test failures

Microsoft Office Suite of Tools

Occasional domestic and international travel is required

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within one year of start date

Must be able to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance within one year of start date

Desired Skills:

Active and in-scope DoD Top Secret US security clearance is preferred

Required Education:

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related STEM discipline, such as Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or a related discipline. A related advanced degree is preferred but not required.
