Our Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems (ISRS) Mission Area Surveillance Radar Department (SRD) Airborne Integration Section has an immediate career growth opportunity for a Lead Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V) Systems Engineer. The Lead IV&V Systems Engineer will join our Radar Sensor Systems (RSS) product line team providing support to a state-of-the-art radar system, to lead and perform integration and test activities for software and hardware.

Required Skills:

Minimum 10+ years of Systems Engineering and/or System Integration experience

Lead and manage IV&V activities

Develop and verify test plans and procedures

Maintain, and execute software test

Manage and support all new and engineering software release deliveries and media

Linux/UNIX and Real-Time Operating Systems

Familiarity with lab test equipment for testing and troubleshooting

Experiencing developing and influencing test objectives collaboratively with software engineering team(s)

Compile and analyze test data

Provide detailed reports of test results

Perform root-cause analysis and apply corrective actions for test failures

Create integration and verification strategies to support efficiency improvement

Present test plans and report results to our stakeholders

Written/verbal communication skills

Microsoft Office Suite

Active and in-scope DOD Top Secret US security clearance is required

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment

Desired Skills:

Experience working with internal engineering disciplines

Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM Methodologies

Shell Scripting

Required Education:

Typically requires a Bachelor degree in a related STEM discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related discipline. A related advanced degree is preferred but not required
