Systems Engineer Manager, Integration Lead

4M Research is currently looking for a Systems Engineer Manager, Integration Lead for our team in Huntsville, AL!

Successful candidates typically have at minimum a Bachelor's degree (STEM) and 14+ years of proven experience

Requirements:

• Knowledge and application of Systems Engineering processes and one or more of the below listed Systems Integration functions
• Planning and implementation of an integrated schedule
• Knowledge of requirements and interface development
• Technical leadership experience with a multidisciplinary team
• System design/interface experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Propulsion, RF, Software, etc.)
• Interim DoD Secret Clearance and eligibility to obtain a full DoD Secret Security Clearance (U. S. Citizenship required)

Desired:

• Experience with developing schedules and cost account management
• Experience interacting with hardware and software developers to ensure mission requirements are satisfied
• Experience leading teams/projects with demonstrated results
• Experience in missile system development
• Current or Active DoD Secret Security Clearance

This position is: Full time On Site

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
