Systems Engineer, Power

 

Job objective: 

 

Epirus designs and manufactures novel RF systems for a variety of platforms in a rapid development environment. The Systems Engineer, Power role is a multidisciplinary role, with significant breadth (interacting with all engineering disciplines) and depth (from customer needs 
to unit-level specifications).  This role works particularly closely with the Power Engineering design team, facilitating Concept of Operations (CONOPS) definition, requirements definition and management at system, sub-system, and unit levels; integration, verification, and validation (IV&V) planning and execution, change management, interface definition, etc., for both Epirus designed and vendor purchased parts.  As a fast moving technology company, the Systems Engineering team at Epirus focuses on supporting the other engineering teams and facilitating rapid development, rather than focusing on overly bureaucratic processes.
