Systems Engineer (Top Secret)

Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):

Spry Methods is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Top Secret clearance and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. The candidate should demonstrate expertise in relevant technologies and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.

What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):

• Design, implement, and manage complex IT systems.
• Ensure the integration of various system components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to define system requirements.
• Maintain system documentation and configurations.
• Monitor system performance and security.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Systems Engineer.
• Proficiency in systems design and integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with cloud platforms and technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with automation and orchestration tools.
