Systems Engineer (TS/SCI Clearance Required)

Applicants should be self-motivated, fast-paced, curious problem solvers with a BS in Engineering or related field, plus the following skills/experience:

Basic Qualifications:

• Security + Certification or CISSP within 6 months of hire
• Familiarity with IT System Engineering practices in performing system requirements definition, design, integration, verification in the delivery for IT infrastructure and software solutions
• Familiarity with schedule management in Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of systems engineering processes and the ability to accurately represent engineering perspectives to program management
• Experience with agile project planning and associated tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps/TFS or JIRA

Preferred:

• Windows Server Administration, Directory servers, Data center network Infrastructure solutions (switches, firewalls) and monitoring and configuration tools (Microsoft SCCM, SCOM)
• Experience with VMWare virtualization solutions
• Experience with infrastructure management solutions (Microsoft System Center), DevSecOps solutions (i.e. Docker, Anchore, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity in architecting IT solutions using COTS software and hardware systems
• Familiarity with Agile, including Product Owner/Scrum Master
• Familiarity with shared storage technologies (SAN, FC, NFS, etc.)
• Familiarity with fundamental datacenter networking concepts and solutions (firewalls, switches)
• Familiarity with Cross Domain Solutions
• Familiarity with Cyber Security concepts and solutions
• Familiarity in DevOps and continuous software delivery
