Systems Engineer/NTM Tasking Interface SME

Systems Engineer/NTM Tasking Interface SME: This position demands an unusually high level of technical and programmatic understanding of the existing Mission Partner National Technical Means and Commercial Imaging Systems interfaces, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) and tasking paradigms. The candidate will contribute to Enterprise and System-level architecture evolution technical exchanges in order to provide engineering-based solutions/recommendations to the senior US Government leadership management team for evolving the current GEOINT and SIGINT-Enterprise Collection Tasking mechanisms. The candidate may be required to travel to Chantilly, VA to support these technical exchanges. The Prime contractor has embraced a level of flexibility in work location due to the nature of this work and alternative locations, such as Denver/Aurora, Colorado and Richardson, Texas are also considered valid. This is part time work on an ad-hoc basis driven by customer deliverables and balanced against the availability of the SME candidate. The potential for additional follow-on work beyond the current tasking study if highly likely.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in STEM
  • 20+ yrs experience in NRO Acquisition and Geospatial Intelligence.

Desire Qualifications:

  • List desired skillset, experience, tools, certs etc.
  • Understanding of the TCPED process
  • In depth experience with the Simplified Tasking & Satisfaction Interface (STSI)
  • Experience with NGA and NRO tasking management segments
  • Experience with MS Office tool suite
  • Experience with Collection Feasibility and Mission Awareness Tools

Security Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
