 About the Job:

As a member of our Integration Team, you will work across Capco's different domains and solution offerings to help break down large problems, develop implementation approach, and construct technology solutions. As Systems Integration Analyst, you will be involved with analysis, design, implementation, and consulting support, as well as developing an understanding of our clients’ strategic direction, issues, and project goals. You will bridge the gap between user-functionality and developers to assist in technical documenting, evaluating, and translating business needs into IT applications.

  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code as needed
  • Collaborate with technology leadership and development teams to design and build enterprise-wide integration and data solutions (e.g., RESTful APIs, ESB, ETL, Data Virtualization, RPA, etc.)
  • Work on implementation of application solutions to integrate applications and source data
  • Conduct data and system integration analysis to streamline solution design, development, and automation of project requirements
  • Preparing, facilitating, documenting and participating in client meetings and technical workshops conducting a structured gathering, research, and analysis approach
  • Evaluating user requirements and functional specifications to identify gaps between the current state and future state
  • Translating business requirements into technological terms, bridging the gap between the business and technology teams
  • Creating process models/design, architecture diagrams, logical data models, standards and guidance
  • Documenting and explaining problems and working to resolve software defects while ensuring technical compatibility and client satisfaction
  • Generating re-usable intellectual capital in the form of consulting methodology and templates, blueprints and business cases
  • Assisting with writing technical specification documents and building technical blueprints/diagrams
  • Documenting and explaining problems/issues to aid in the resolution of software defects while ensuring technical compatibility and end-user satisfaction
  • Providing technical expertise to project team throughout all phases of the implementation

What You'll Bring with You:

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT systems and technical implementation projects
  • 2+ years of experience working at a professional services consulting company focused on information technology
  • 2+ years of experience in programming or data analyst/programming role
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies, design process, and web service protocols (REST, SOAP, etc.), including deep knowledge of data formats (e.g., XSLT, JSON, XML) and data transformation techniques
  • Ability to evaluate system architectures and technical specifications to identify gaps between requirements and existing systems
  • Familiarity with integration platforms and enterprise middleware solutions like TIBCO, Informatica, or similar
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts, data warehousing, and database management systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate to nontechnical audience on technical issues
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate on a technical level to a technical audience
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, adaptable and able to learn quickly
  • Strong experience working with many teams in collaborative environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required with a major in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business or Financial Engineering preferred. (An advanced degree is desirable) 
  • Background in financial services or Energy a plus 
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Frameworks and Defect Life Cycle Process
