Department Overview

EEC SI - Elgin Experience Center Systems Integration
Staging Operations facility responsible for the designing, building, programming, testing, and demonstrating of systems for Motorola Solutions public safety and commercial markets customers. The Elgin facility supports Land Mobile Radio products as well as Software Enterprise staging activities.
Job Description
In this role you will:
  • Manage the system staging process for communications systems at the Elgin Experience Center from order placement to shipment
  • Interface with Sales, Design Engineering, Field Engineering and Supply Chain resources to determine scope, schedule, requirements, budget, and risk.
  • Drive organizational goals through management of key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams at all levels.
  • Build relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Align with Sales and Finance on business unit performance. Regular communication to senior leadership.
  • Identify and develop Staging methods and processes to support and enhance new and growing business needs

Basic Requirements
Required Skills:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, or Management
  • 10+ years of Resource Management experience required.
  • Motorola Solutions LMR business experience
