We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist-Nexthink/1E to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

1. >5 years of Service Desk Operations experience
2. Experience of managing end point tools - Nexthink / 1E Tachyon / Systrack
3. Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
4. Identification of potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores in the designated DEX tool.
5. Act as a liaison between the vendor and our client
6. Experience in identifying, implementing and driving automation initiatives
