Starface is seeking a Systems and Integrations Manager to support our Operations team in managing, maintaining our internal systems, as well as supporting integrations between our internal and external partner systems. Reporting directly to our Senior Director of Operations, Logistics, and Systems, you will oversee our data integrity, error resolution, system implementation, integration onboarding, and will partner cross-functionally with our internal teams and external partners to own technical projects, as well as system maintenance and continuous improvement.
Additionally, you’ll serve as the technical project manager as we onboard new trade partners and/or sales channels, fix and correct any system integration issues, update systems with latest requirements, and document the systems architecture and setup.
The right person for this role is a strong technical program and project manager within the CPG/supply chain space who is versed in ERP (NetSuite) & EDI platforms, who has an ability to simplify and translate complex technical issues for a range of stakeholders, and can work well within in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

System Administration and Data Management:
- Take on the administrator role of the ERP as well as other platforms or systems to maintain users, user roles, access levels, and provide support for logins, and guide users to training documents.
- Identify training needs across various departments, and create training materials to strengthen expertise across the department
- Create reports, queries, and dashboards upon user request and/or provide guidance to the user(s) on how to create themselves
- Add or update item information while building documenting structure for repeatable use and uniformity in the ERP and selling platforms
- Track invoices, costs, and spend for the systems and softwares used in for company operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for 3rd party system providers, consultants, and technical partners and consultants; build strong relationships with these partners and manage overall performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve all system issues; collaborate with external partners as needed, and oversee timelines to ensure efficient resolution
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of how the various Starface systems work from a technical and business standpoint; support troubleshooting and change management initiatives as needed with operations and cross-functional teams
Integration Management:
- Document, illustrate, and update the company’s system architecture, integrations, and tech stack.
- Monitor and fix errors between EDI platforms to/from NetSuite or middleware platforms to/from NetSuite.
- Monitor all error reports and address any system errors and anomalies that impact daily operations; develop error resolution KPIs and metrics
- Find ways to improve the data transfer protocols between external third party systems systems to help efficiencies in logistics, operations, accounting, finance, and other departments
- Manage setup and integration efforts for all trade partner expansion activities (B2B, DTC, Amazon, Social, etc)Â
Project Management:
- Lead the EDI onboarding or API implementation of trade partners, sales channels, and/or 3PL warehouses
- Act as project manager for new EDI setup and/or new integration initiatives; establish project roadmap and ensure stakeholders execute all tasks on-time
- Act as the lead for communication between consultant partners, arrange SOWs, coordinate sprints, and manage budget for the assignments
- Document business cases for technical assessment, deployment, and costs. Communicate the business case with pertinent stakeholders to validate assumptions, requirements, and budget
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and propose test plans for projects to ensure quality deployment and delivery
- Proactively identify & lead projects that will increase efficiency between systems (inventory transaction flows, EDI updates/change management, order processing, etc)
this role is for you if you have
- 7+ years of experience working in various platforms and systems integrations and systems management
- At least 5+ years of ERP experience, with 3+ years of NetSuite Experience within a CPG organization is a must-have
- Strong technical competency and business knowledge of supply chain management in a CPG organizationÂ
- Experience with EDI platforms (at Starface, we use TrueCommerce and Transalis, as well as middleware platforms (we use NetSuite Connector/FarApp), and ecommerce platforms (we use Shopify and Amazon Seller Central).
- Strong technical project management skills, specifically working with internal and external stakeholders to onboard complex projects, systems, and integrations
- Ability to communicate complex technical infrastructure, issues, and steps into a simplified manner for internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to easily understand
- The ability to present to audiences at all levels of an organization from a range of backgrounds, technical expertise,and perspectives
- A solid understanding of workflows, scripts, and coding languages, such as Javascript, SQL, JSONÂ
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing, collaborative, start-up environment both independently and cross-functionally, as well as balance long term business goals with short term needs

salary & benefits
- The compensation range for this role is a $110,000-$140,000 base depending on level of experience, as well as bonus eligibility and company stock options.
