ManTech is seeking an experienced Systems Modeler to support our operations in Norfolk, VA.

Position Overview:

Provide support and expertise in the use of Cameo Enterprise Architect to create SysML diagrams to capture mission thread, requirements, and architecture information. Create templates for use in capturing information necessary to populate SysML models as needed. Develop model structure, taxonomy, orthology, and any other applicable model attributes, leveraging enterprise architecture frameworks such as DoDAF and UAF as appropriate. Assist other program office teams and personnel with integration into the digital environment. Convert SysML models developed in other applications into Cameo Enterprise Architect.

Interface with all aspects of the Program Management Office (PMO), the End User community, and key stakeholders' representatives to report project findings and status. Create, review, and provide input to acquisition program artifacts including requirements, program plans, milestone documentation, and system models

Qualifications:

• Inform future digital engineering policies that provide commonality of technical requirements like ontology, lexicon, data & modeling environments, analytic applications and schema
• Develop and provide configuration management for all project architecture, model resident design specifications, and interface documents
• Provide support in all system engineering activities and processes, including: Monitoring and assessing sufficiency of vendor proposed hardware and software components, systems and configurations
• Review preliminary designs (hardware and software)
• Review Engineering Change Proposals, requests for deviation/waiver of requirements, component substitutions and requests for enhancements
• Monitoring all Hardware and Software Trouble/Problem Reporting, including causal effect analysis and proposed resolution
• Interoperability and integration related engineering activities
• Provide technical assistance to Local and Program Configuration Control Boards (CCB)
• System Logistic Support analysis
• System Functional Support analysis
• Develop initial operational and system architectural views as it applies to SSL solutions level and selected ship/platform fleet integration
• System engineering and technical support in the scope and development of interface, specification and related technical statutory/regulatory documentation.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Participate in the collaborative process of identifying and capturing MBSE data with engineers and technical subject matter experts.
• Consolidate and report project status updates and issues
• Participate in MBSE-related technical and strategy discussions

Education and Requirements:

• Bachelor`s degree in Systems Engineering or related Engineering discipline and 0-2 years.
• Must be eligible to obtain/maintain a Secret level clearance.
• Familiarity in Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) is required.
• Familiarity with Requirements Analysis is required.
• DoDAF 2.02 and Capability Integration (JCIDS) Familiarity is desired.
• Use Case modeling, Activity modeling, and Business modeling experience is desired.
• Must be familiar with CAMEO and SysML.
