Join us as a ODM Developer

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting ODM Developer to join our KYC Technical Team.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

• IBM ODM hands-on experience in rules authoring and rules governance strategy
• ODM Developer with 8+ years' experience in developing applications on ODM Business Rules and ODM Events.
• Experience developing business rule apps, defining vocabulary, complex rules using decision tables and other ODM constructs.
• Experience in developing applications using Complex event processing using ODM Events/ODM Insights
• Experience in Design, development using ODM. And Ability to play SME role in developing rule engine with multiple rule apps and rules for banking projects.
• Able to develop the assign User stories, proactively provide solutions, good analytical skills
• Establishing methodology for capturing business rule, event processing requirements and agreeing with business users.
• Providing application level tuning recommendations for optimizing ODM Decision server performance.
• Enabled on IBM's ODM Decision Center product.
• Agile in adapting to a complex environment of frequent releases, overlapping development cycles whilst maintaining high productivity.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, project team members, supervisors, and employees from other departments.
• Following all prescribed Target processes, standards, and reviews. Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Proficient Java development experience

Qualifications:

• Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
• Detail oriented with excellent organization and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personality types and understand technical issues.

BBH's compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000, which is specific to Jersey City, NJ and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
